Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution is prohibited.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed via secure third parties. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 25% of a course is completed.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent access controls.
• Do not use the services to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.

All trademarks, content, and materials are the property of PureStep Brushworks or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers

We provide the services “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PureStep Brushworks harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.
